Migrate Data Team

George heads up the Data Migration team and is responsible for migration sales, projects, our current partnerships and new partner acquisition. Having been with the Company for over 20 years, he’s seen it all. Although his time is mainly taken up by two little girls, he tries to get in the occasional round of golf and can usually be found in the Coronation garden at Lords.

Henry Skyes

Senior Data Migration Specialist

Henry Sykes has been involved in IT for most of his working life starting of broking second hand mid-range and mainframe equipment and recycling precious metals from the older equipment, this evolved into a mailing house using some of the larger equipment he had purchased. Latterly he has focused on the migration of marketing and associated data between different CRM applications. Henry also has interests in property development and farming which he combines with glamping and holiday homes.
Batuhan joined Migrate in 2016 doing Data Capture for charities. After making his way through various roles at Migrate, he has now been completing Data Migration work since 2018. Completing multiple projects from a wide array of CRM systems for small charities to FTSE 250 companies. In his spare time, he does his best to cook Turkish food, invest in cryptocurrencies, play games and spend time with friends and family.

Nicole Lake

Senior Data Migration Specialist

Nicole joined Migrate Datain Jan 2018 as a Data Migration Specialist after her previous position at The Property Ombudsman where initially she worked in their membership department and then was tasked to work on their own data migration. She is now a Senior Data Migration Specialist within the team and is also working towards becoming Salesforce accredited. In her spare time Nicole likes to hang upside down as she is an aerial instructor for a local business. She also enjoys spending time socialising with friends and quality time with family.

Mikaela joined Migrate Data initially in the Data Cleansing department quickly working her way up into Data Migration where she is now an experienced Data Migration Specialist. In her spare time Mikaela likes to work on her Cafe goals by cooking and baking and enjoys spending time with her Family, Friends and ball of energy Rhodesian Ridgeback.

Paula Trewin

Finance Manager

Paula is studying to become a fully qualified accountant and has been part of the Migrate team since 2006.

Starting a temporary member of staff, she has worked her way up through the business and is now our finance manager, Company secretary and part of our Senior Management Team, responsible for the day to day running of all the business finances and administration as well as HR and Resources Management.

Working closely with Matt Cannon, Paula has been involved in a number of business Acquisitions and Disposals and has become an intrical part of this process within Migrate.

Outside of Migrate, she likes to socialise with friends, studying entrepreneurship, hiking and keeping fit. Her main passion is aerial fitness and is an instructor for a local firm. She claims life is better upside down – all the bad things fall out…

Matt joined us in August 2018 as a data migration specialist. During his time he’s enhanced his coding skills via SQL scripting and improved on his Business Intelligence knowledge via programmes such as SSIS. He has now completed some seriously important migrations and is fast becoming the man to go to. In his spare time he likes to relax, play games, enjoy a cold boi and exercise via Bootcamp.

Gagan Kour

After earning her master’s degree in computer Applications from India, Gagan moved over to United Kingdom to explore more opportunities. She joined Migrate in Nov 2020 as a trainee in our migration team. In her spare time she likes cooking and trying different foods and spending time with family and friends. She likes keeping fit and healthy with lots of running and long walks.
Tom joined Migrate after finishing university in 2016 and is now a Senior Data Migration Specialist. He has worked on a wide variety of migrations from quick jobs for small charities to long term jobs for national telecom companies. When he is not working he can usually be found in a workshop, covered in dust making guitars and furniture.

Oliver Mann

Ollie has been working for Migrate since 2019 when he was charged with expanding and developing Migrate’s alliances with the Salesforce partners in particular and with the ISV’s . He works hard to ensure all our clients are well looked after and that the relationships with our partners remain strong. With Covid he’s not been able to visit any events which he loves to do but when out of the office he spends most of his time with his running shoes on and searching for the
best pubs to run to.
Joe started at Migrate in early 2020 as a data technician and soon became part of the migration team in the summer of the same year. He has since become a fully trained migration specialist and has completed several migration projects. In his spare time Joe enjoys taking his springador for long walks, gaming, playing the guitar and listening to a variety of music.

Matt invested in Migrate Data back in 2011 with the intention of a short term investment – instead he has stayed looking after for a number of acquisitions and disposals and is now responsible for the overall strategy and direction for Migrate.

Before this he was part of a team that grew and subsequently sold A business to a Dutch PLC finishing his earn out in 2008. During this time he learnt about merger and acquisition and now has interests in numerous other businesses as well as being a Trustee of HACRO which is a charity looking after ex offenders. He has a love of all things sporting and can beat Bryson if given 27 shots.
