We worked with Migrate Data over the last six months to migrate our data from two systems (RE and TQ) to a new CRM (Salesforce). This involved the migration of millions of donations, thousands of recurring donations and hundreds of thousands of contacts, including consent data. It was an extremely positive experience both from a data quality point of view and as a collaborative piece of work. On the first it was fairly complex, effectively two migrations given both existing systems were independent of each other. As ever with these projects, issues in the source data emerged but MD really helped, flagging issues and proactively suggesting solutions. On the second, just a pleasure to work with, always positive, engaged and responsive.
We had weekly meetings with everyone in attendance, half an hour or less, which worked really well. There was clear ownership with one analyst specialising in each legacy system. They showed outstanding flexibility around timings, delays to Go Live, changes to decisions made and additional requests.

Without hesitation I would recommend MD for both the quality of work and the experience of working together, proper partnership.
